Tom is a Partner with over 20 years of insurance experience, having worked across claims, commercial underwriting, and for the past 15 years in insurance broking. He brings extensive expertise in delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions to businesses across Australia. He specialises in understanding complex business operations and structuring insurance programs that provide meaningful protection against risk exposures.

Tom has developed particular expertise within the construction, swimming pool, landscaping, height safety and manufacturing industries, where he is recognised for his strong technical knowledge of contractual risk, operational exposures and claims trends.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences (Microbiology) and has completed professional qualifications in insurance broking, including the Tier 1 General Insurance Broking accreditation and the Diploma of Insurance Broking.
